DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY PACKAGES?
Yes, all packages will require a signature confirmation. Please make sure that you or some over the age of 18 is home when your package is being deliver.
Does the shipping and billing address have to match?
Yes, please make sure that your billing and shipping addresses are the same. The billing address entered must match the card used at checkout. If they do not match we will contact you asking you for verification. If we do not hear from you in 24 hours from sending the email your order will be canceled.
Fraud/ Chargebacks/Scams
We have a ZERO tolerance for fraudulent chargebacks or disputes. If you attempt to do any fraudulent transactions you will be reported to the local authorities and you will be blocked from shopping with Looks by Elle llc.
